Cover vs. Original

Paint it black

Strange but worth listening to.
I like both versions very much. The cover belongs to the better cover versions I think. Okay, I cannot wait to hear what you will have to tell.

Inkubus Sukkubus did a great pagan/goth rock version of this song.

Have a listen to U2's cover of it. Not bad. But the original Stones' has the best punch

Of all the versions of this song, the Stones version is definitely the best one..

Glenn Tipton (one of Judas Priest's guitarists) covered the song on his solo album, "Baptizm Of Fire". None of the other Priest members were involved.

And when did Judas Priest do this song? WASP has done it, I know, but Priest...?
- Rocker, Munkfors, Sweden, 13.07.2006
Judas Priest sings this song way better than anyone else could!
