DIO!! I can't believe the comments, i love Killswitch but the cover of this song was horrible. They messed up the solo, and it...oh it just didnt work. Better luck next time. two thumbs down for kse, two up for Dio.

This is tough, because the original is so well done (as was pretty much everything by Dio), but, if I had to compare each individual song, without regard to other influences, or the artists' other works, I would have to go with the Killswitch Engage cover. Both are great.

I would have to say that KSE made the song tons better than dio, dio was the original and i give him props for that, but i like how KSE added Screamo into the song. KSE HANDS DOWN

The only reason majority of people would like Dio's better is solely because of who Dio is and what he represents in the metal genre. If both versions had come out at the same time and from equally known and admired bands, KSE would win hands down.

I'm sure Dio's version will win, hands down. Not because it is better, but because of the fond memories that people have of it. I'm voting for KSE because I like it, but I like both of them.
